Jay Tenenbaum, Asset Manager, brings over twenty (20) years of experience and expertise in debt collection, workouts and legal knowledge to the team.  His experience in achieving resolution in a professional and amicable manner is an appreciable benefit to the company.

The combination of his debt collection and real estate experience gives him a unique perspective in the mortgage note arena and he is often sought out for his expertise.  He enjoys speaking on note related topics at local meetups, real estate investment clubs as well as national forums.

Patricia Haugland is a real estate and business professional with more than 25 years of experience and millions of dollars’ worth of property transactions under her belt. A native of Chicago, Ms. Haugland began her career in training and development, successfully launching her own national company specializing in tech, legal, banking and telecom.
Following her arrival in Arizona, Haugland transformed the local real estate industry, effectively leveraging her corporate training background to groom successful brokers and agents, and eventually created one of the largest independent real estate brokerages in the country. During this time of growth, she opened brokerages in 11 states to service Institutional Buyers that were rapidly creating rental portfolios. Haugland represented the acquisition of over 5,000 single family rentals. Haugland is strongly focused and an astute negotiator, having built and sold several profitable businesses, and has helped clients and companies selectively and strategically build high-performance real estate investment portfolios.

Eric Tenenbaum comes from a business development background and heads up acquisitions for the company. He has developed vast relationships within the mortgage note industry which has led to the purchase of more than 200 mortgage notes, land contracts, and REO over the past two years.

In conjunction with acquisitions, Eric is also heavily involved in the analytics and due diligence of the assets in which we purchase. He maintains a nationwide realtor network that assists with the pre-purchase diligence, as well as the eventual asset disposition.

Kim Anderson has been a real estate broker in the State of Arizona since 1999.  From 2002 – 2012 she owned and operated her own real estate brokerage in Scottsdale, AZ with a focus on investment properties. In 2003 Kim conceptualized a lease purchase program that enabled passive investors to invest in real estate while earning double digit returns while helping credit challenged buyers purchase homes.  Kim’s brokerage also managed over 100 rental properties for her investor base. She has also rehabbed and flipped multiple properties both for her personal portfolio and for investor clients. Kim also holds a Washington State real estate brokers license.
